Our 1,400 m2 production facilities allow us to conduct prototype assembly and even small-scale manufacturing in-house. We even have the option of expanding our production facilities to accommodate new projects – our Barcelona base could accommodate an R&D or manufacturing space twice the size of our current building.

PROTOTYPE ASSEMBLY

Due to the secretive nature of prototype assembly, QEV Technologies takes security very seriously. OEM’s can be assured of secrecy as all of our prototype assembly facilities are protected with fingerprint-recognition access. In building prototypes, QEV Technologies prides itself on efficiency and precision with every technician having prior experience working in various racing series where these disciplines are essential.

Some of our clients require support through to small-scale production. We have capacity to produce up to 30 vehicles per year

CARBON FIBER

QEV Technologies has in-house capabilities to produce carbon fiber for prototype parts – allowing speed and experimentation as required. Meanwhile, for small-scale production projects, we cooperate with trusted suppliers to secure precision-made carbon parts, from body panels and monocoque cells to seat and crash structures.

UPHOLSTERY
Getting a perfect fit and finish for a vehicle interior is a must for our clients. To ensure the highest quality standards, QEV Technologies manages all upholstery production in-house, which also allows for rapid adaptions to meet customer needs.
