Managing a racing team involves many different skill sets and tasks, plus it varies depending on the championship. It always includes preparing a driver to do the best possible job on the track. Preparation of a driver extends beyond simply days of testing, but also extends to physical and mental training. We have dedicated people to take care of logistics for all races and test days. When it comes to electric racing, there is a lot of strategy that must be developed to balance a vehicle’s energy throughout a race. Mechanics must be trained and prepared for all situations, while a team of engineers analyses the data. Our team is capable of covering all these elements of race team management.
