Lo har\u00e1 en las filas del equipo RuiSi Racing Team. La prueba de Estering marcar\u00e1 su debut en Rallycross, por lo que se tendr\u00e1 que adaptar r\u00e1pidamente al Zeroid X1, coche que ya conocen sus rivales en la categor\u00eda. \u201cEspero poder terminar bien la carrera! Para m\u00ed, se trata m\u00e1s de disfrutar del fin de semana de carreras y contribuir a hacer un fin de semana entretenido junto con mis rivales. Espero aprender m\u00e1s sobre las carreras y sobre el WRX\u201d, comenta.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u201cMe gustar\u00eda que mi participaci\u00f3n en el campeonato hiciera que m\u00e1s gente en China se interesara por los deportes de motor y que fueran conscientes de las oportunidades que hay de participar en competiciones internacionales. Espero contribuir al desarrollo de los deportes de motor en China con mi esfuerzo. Sin duda, esta carrera es un paso importante en mi carrera\u201d, a\u00f1ade.<\/p><p>Yan Zhang empez\u00f3 en el karting a los 8 a\u00f1os. En 2006 pas\u00f3 a formar parte del equipo Yuche Silverstone Racing Team y empez\u00f3 a competir en Reino Unido y el resto de Europa. El mismo a\u00f1o consigui\u00f3 una segunda posici\u00f3n en el Campeonato de Reino Unido de Formula Ford, que termin\u00f3 ganando un par de a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde, en 2008. Tambi\u00e9n en 2008 gan\u00f3 el Campeonato de Espa\u00f1a de Formula BMW. Entre 2008 y 2010 gan\u00f3 el Beijing Racing Festival Junior Formula Championship y en 2010 termin\u00f3 en tercer lugar en el UK Junior Formula Championship.<\/p><p>Estos resultados fueron los que le abrieron la posibilidad de participar en algunos tests en la Formula F3 Europea entre 2011 y 2012. Fue la primera piloto china en conseguirlo.<\/p><p>En 2018, Yan Zhang volvi\u00f3 a China y cre\u00f3 una academia de conducci\u00f3n para pilotos. Tambi\u00e9n pas\u00f3 a dedicarse a la formaci\u00f3n de pilotos para preparar a la nueva generaci\u00f3n de pilotos chinos.
